Villas by Bethany ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, or submit a booking inquiry, we collect: your name, email, phone (if provided), and the content of your message. We also keep dates of stay you indicated.

Browsing the site only requires technical cookies needed for the site to work (session, language). With your explicit consent (cookie banner), we use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure audience and improve the site. Your IP address is anonymized.

2. Why we use it

• Reply to your inquiry and prepare a tailored proposal
• Process and confirm bookings
• Improve the site (only with your consent)
• Comply with our legal obligations

3. Sharing

Your data is shared only with: our hosting provider (Netlify), our CMS (Kalessia, hosted on Render), Google Analytics (audience measurement, only with your consent), and the property owner relevant to your inquiry. We never sell your data.

4. Retention

Inquiry data is kept for 3 years from your last contact. Booking data is kept 10 years for accounting purposes (legal obligation).

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies by default. Any non-essential cookie (analytics, marketing) is loaded only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime by clearing the site data in your browser.
