The gourmet equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight and makes the most novice of cooks want to learn how to cook. The options of indoor dining in the air-conditioned splendor on warm days, or dining alfresco overlooking the open ocean are all up to you. Time for a cocktail? Enjoy mixing drinks at the bar, part of the outdoor living area, while you watch the sun set into the ocean and the lights come on from the surrounding islands of St Martin and Anguilla.

The heated lap pool is so inviting your only thoughts are how beautiful the Royal Palm trees are a welcoming accent to the pool and its deck. If it’s time for the game or your favorite movie, get cozy in the overstuffed furniture and enjoy the fresh breezes or air-conditioning, on the big screen tv. A fitness room completes the amenity list in a villa where you count the days to your return next year.
