Two bedrooms are located on the main level and connected by a shared hallway, while the third bedroom occupies the upper floor and is accessed via an exterior staircase—an ideal layout for guests seeking additional privacy. The primary suite and second bedroom are similar in size, with the master featuring an en-suite bathroom complete with a luxurious soaking tub.

High ceilings, wide verandas, and softly draped fabrics lend the villa an airy, breezy ambiance, while full air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort.
