The modern and spacious Villa Isla is a welcoming refuge for a group of friends or an extended family to share. Its location above Marigot Baie places it on the quieter, more peaceful side of the island, yet it remains close to renowned hotels and restaurants such as Le Guanahani, Le Sereno, and Le Rivage.

Inside, Villa Isla offers relaxed St Barth living with natural materials, soft yet vivid colors, and luminous natural light. The home is built over two levels. On the terrace level, a gracious living area flows effortlessly between the generous seating space, long dining table, and large, well-equipped kitchen separated by a bar counter. The master bedroom sits on this level with its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom, opening onto the sundeck, shaded terrace, and heated swimming pool.

A modern staircase leads to the lower level, where four additional bedrooms each offer en-suite bathrooms and access to small private patios. All five bedrooms feature European king-size beds, air conditioning, and a full range of entertainment amenities. With daily housekeeping, concierge assistance, and an elevated position overlooking Marigot Baie, Villa Isla offers harmonious design and comfort perfect for families or groups seeking spacious accommodations and peaceful surroundings.

All villas included daily maid service except Sundays and French holidays, airport meet and greet, and daily concierge service.
