King Gustaf is a well thought out villa with two similar bedrooms; one being a little larger and has a king bed while the second bedroom has a queen. The well-equipped kitchen shares an open floor plan with the living room and dining area, which then flows to the deck and outdoor living. The beautiful lawn and lush landscape around the pool area offers a colorful accent to the ocean views beyond. Fully air-conditioned, the sliders have shaded screens that keep the sun out but still allow the various views. Or, open the sliders wide and enjoy the soaking up the sun on the deck. You also have the option of taking a respite from the sun by rolling out the electric awning. The owner of King Gustaf has thought of every detail!

Outdoors, the heated pool with steps, outdoor shower, gas BBQ, and outdoor sound system create a private oasis. A coded entrance gate and handicap access ensure convenience for all guests.
