Jocapana is a spacious four bedroom villa made up of several buildings. As you enter the villa, your eyes are immediately drawn to the heated infinity pool and deck. Beyond the pool is the main building with a large living room, well equipped kitchen, and covered terrace with dining for ten. Beyond this outdoor area are two of the four bedrooms. The second building has the “pool bar” with bar stools, plancha, small refrigerator, and glass ware. The upper floor is bedroom #3. A few steps up from bedroom #3 is the newly built 4th bedroom.

Jocapana is perfectly located for those who love the dining and nightlife of Gustavia. Town is a quick drive down the hill and St Jean would be another 4-5 minutes away.

Prices do not include the 12% service charge and 5% tax.
All villas included daily maid service except Sundays and French holidays, airport meet and greet, and daily concierge service.

Many larger villas offer reduced rates when fewer bedrooms are used—please inquire with Bethany for details.
