Perched on the northern slope of the Vitet hillside, CHO is on the highest part of St Barth at 930 feet above sea level. Overlooking the eastern end of St Barth, Petit Cul de Sac and Grand Cul de Sac, dramatic ocean views go as far as the eye can see. Various hues of the sea’s blue water are dotted by the colorful sails of the wind and kite surfers racing across Grand Cul de Sac and beyond.

Decorated in a Colonial Style, the villa will appeal to clients who enjoy “old St Barths” style with beautiful mahogany 4 post beds and dressers, a teak dining table, and white wooden kitchen. The three bedrooms are equal and quite separate from each other with all rooms enjoying ocean views.
