This popular villa is well appointed with a large heated pool, equal bedrooms, easy parking for several cars, and all on one level.

The modern, open-plan great room features comfortable living and dining areas and a sleek kitchen with an island for casual gatherings. Large sliding doors open to the terrace, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Guests can enjoy dining beneath the poolside gazebo or grilling on the terrace. Each of the two bedrooms lies on opposite sides of the great room, offering privacy and equal comfort with European king beds, en-suite bathrooms with rain head showers, and direct terrace access.

Villa AYA is affiliated with nearby Villa Ivy and the two can be rented together to accommodate larger groups, making it perfect for flexible island escapes.
