Located in the new, two-story Mardix apartment complex, Apartment Gustavia Lights combines generous size, refined quality, and an exceptional location in the heart of Gustavia. Situated on the upper level, its large covered terrace offers panoramic views over the harbor’s yachts and the bustle below, best enjoyed from the heated jacuzzi with a glass in hand.

Inside, warm-toned wood finishes and elegant furnishings create a cozy ambiance. The open-plan great room includes a comfortable lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The primary suite opens to harbor views and features a king bed, US satellite TV, and en-suite bath. Two additional bedrooms each have a king bed and en-suite bathroom.

All villas included daily maid service except Sundays and French holidays, airport meet and greet, and daily concierge service.
