Newly built above the turquoise lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac, Villa Takamaka is a study in contemporary Caribbean style. The two‑bedroom home combines polished concrete and warm wood with soaring ceilings and vast openings that frame ocean vistas. The main pavilion houses an open living room with high ceiling, comfortable sofas and Sonos sound system, along with a gourmet kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, espresso machine and wine cooler.

Outdoors, a heated infinity pool appears to blend into the lagoon, while a spacious deck with sun loungers and gas barbecue invites leisurely afternoons. Both bedrooms feature king beds, Apple TV, air‑conditioning, walk‑in closets and en‑suite bathrooms with rain head showers; they open onto the pool deck to maximise light and views. Guests can book the neighbouring Casa Pablo to create a six‑bedroom estate for larger groups. Bethany’s concierge services include private chefs, wine tastings, and excursions, completing the vacation experience in this inviting retreat.
