With a private beach cove, infinity pool, and sweeping sunset views, this 10,000-sq-ft villa balances contemporary luxury with Caribbean warmth. The main residence features six en-suite bedrooms with private terraces, while a separate guest house offers two king suites with shared living area and kitchenette.

Indoor spaces include a light-filled living room, entertainment lounge with pool table, and fitness centre. Outdoors, guests enjoy alfresco dining terraces, fire pit, and direct beach access. A full staff attends to every detail, from private dinners to excursions.

Kandara’s grounds feature basketball, table tennis, and pickleball, while Aurora International Golf Club is nearby.
